Who we are

What we collect

- Messages you type into the chat assistant on this site.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, and contract where we work together.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run this website and our email, such as Netlify and Google Workspace. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting hello@signaturepixels.org. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
